I started the day great today. I don’t have breakfast until I write at least 3 things to do every day on my agenda. In general, when I write my daily to-do list on my agenda, there are definitely more than 3 things to do. When I think about it, there is so much to do that I feel like I’m running late for something. Fortunately, I’ve improved my use of the agenda, this habit that allowed me to watch myself led me to deep thoughts.

Flexibility

In fact, it is better to use it as an assistant to help you understand the clutter in your head, rather than trying to be in a regular schedule with the agenda.

  • I quickly write down the critical things I need to do.
  • After the basic needs, I immediately get to work.

The flexibility here is actually being able to transfer everything in your mind to paper. Order is the map of disorder. You are the best resource for yourself, so you will learn to write to yourself with practice, just like anything else.

You will learn new things about yourself without even realizing it. The more you write, the more you become yourself over time.

What are you doing now? I think I’m pretty sure you did something you never imagined. You are networking in your mind; You are performing automatic actions. The more people understand these automatic behaviors, the closer they get to themselves, the more intense feelings they experience.

The established mental networks are so complex that we may not always be in the right situations to evaluate them in the mind.

Then we should leave a lot of explanations for the future in order to make better evaluations in the right situations.

I have such a system for real awareness. If you have a multifaceted personality like me, you will experience a satisfying difference.
